XTA offers test equipment to partners requiring to provide trials & testing at client’s premises to verify the solution and providing a peace of mind to both our partners and end users.
As part of our partner’s program, XTA offers pricing protection to valued partners that we work with in protecting them with preferred pricing upon initial case registration. This will allow our partners to gain the support & trust needed to create a win-win business for all.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
XTA offers a 1-year product warranty for all equipment offered including cables and related AV Accessories. We offer an “Over the Counter” swap for all equipment that we unable to repair within this period. XTA have a constant stock of key and popular equipment in Hong Kong allowing for a quick and fast turnaround time for any warranty claims.
For equipment outside of the warranty period, XTA can offer an initial inspection free of charge” in identifying the equipment problem or fault. However, if the fault cannot be identified after an first level review, then a service charge will be applied to a more detailed inspection via our technical support team to identify the problem with an official quote for repairs.
